With 27 years in early education, administrator and director Adriana Garcia proudly took over Happy Bear Child Development Center with the firm belief that every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Administration in order to better support local families and children, and she’s here every day to welcome you.
